I sent in a custom diamond and gold wedding set on 12/27/22 via FedEx as instructed by the company ( using their pre printed label). I took a photo of the label so I could track the delivery of the package. The company states that if you are not satisfied with their offer, they will return your jewelry. I uploaded a photo of the wedding set as instructed and received an email after I sent the rings stating that often the price of diamonds are inflated, etc... after this I assumed they were going to give me a low offer and I would just get my rings back - end of story. I checked the tracking on the FedEx website on 12/28/to confirm delivery and received the notification that the package was delayed. At this point I was not overly concerned due to the fact that the weather had caused many flight delays throughout the US. On 12/31/22 I contacted Cash for Gold USA because the package was still showing delayed. I was told that they would follow up with their representative. Due to the holiday, I waited and followed up again on 1/3/23. I was told the representative was out of the office and I asked if they could follow up with someone else. On 1/5/23 I was told that the shipment was last scanned in Memphis and the package had no contents and that I should fill out an insurance claim form. I did everything asked of me and was told that usually these things take about 30 days. On 2/8/23 I was told they had a meeting with the insurance company and needed more information. I provided everything I had. I was told they filed a police report and I have requested a copy of this report 4 times now and have not received it. I have been extremely patient until this point. My rings were stolen - I was assured this process was "safe and secure". I tried to contact the jewelry store where they rings were purchased and they went out of business in 2018. The company was very responsive until I asked for a copy of the police report. I called FedEx this morning ( 3/2/23) and spoke to Romeo to see if I could get any information regarding this claim...he told me the claim was PAID in January, so basically CJ Environmental aka CASH FOR GOLD is taking money for something that never belonged to them. DO NOT SEND YOUR VALUABLES TO THESE PEOPLE!

According to their Website I have days to contact them if i'm unhappy with the Payment they send I was unhappy and notified them that $is completely UNACCEPTABLE for grams of gold I returned the check using certified mail and they received the check on August 25, , 12:pmI received a response from [redacted] on August 26, 3:PM saying that they shipped my gold items and gave me a tracking number I contacted [redacted] on August 27, and asked why the tracking number still showed nothing being shipped [redacted] then contacted me today at 9:AM and said this "I am checking on this for you I put the package in our outgoing mail box yesterday afternoon myself, so I am not sure what happened with that." It is now 5:P.Mthe post office is closed the tracking number she issued me is still showing nothing They are using Stall tactics I'm sure they melted my gold down already thinking I was just another naive person who did not know the value of gold and presumed I would accept that insulting check....Now that they processed the gold they are using stall tactics because they know they are in a tight spot I would like either my grams of gold returned to me ASAP or I would like the full value in check form for grams of 14k at the current gold price which is $as of todays gold prices
