Rats infested, Dishonest peoples, poor services, noisy apartments.

I've been living in their apartment in Central House for one year and noticed that it's getting worse and worse.

- After living there I found out that rats could enter the building and got into my apartment because I saw new rats stool every morning in my kitchen. They have a very old heating system and conducts where rats could enter from the parking lot into the first floor to the second floor.

- We decided to move out and after giving their office the two months leaving notice, they refuse to return our deposit back.

- When something was broken in my apartment like the air conditioning it took them several weeks to take it seriously and come to fix.

- I lived in second floor and the walls are so poorly isolated that I could hear the upstairs lady walking every night even after 1:00 am and the young kid starting running every morning starting at 6:30 am.

We had enough with the rats, the building, the maintenance problems and the office.

I will Never do business again with CJ Lombardo!
