I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

I am the owner of CJ's Pizza in Marion, VA. I have spoken to the employees involved. They handled this situation professionally and as courteously as possible according to my standard operating procedures, set in place by my father 31 years ago. Unfortunately, this good lady refused the offers...

of food replacement or full monetary refund. I do not know what else could have been done to appease her dissatisfaction.

Review: I purchased food from CJ's Pizza in Chilhowie, VA on February 28, 2014 at 18:28pm. We got the food home and it was not the quantity that we were used to from the years of being a customer of CJ's Pizza in Chilhowie and Marion, VA. I called the business and asked to speak to management. The female that answered the phone stated that she was in charge. I stated what my order had been and asked her if the sizing had changed since I last ordered (it has been a year or so since I last ordered and told her this). She stated that the sizing had not changed. She stated that if I brought the food back, I could get a refund. I stated that I didn't want that, I just wouldn't be a customer again. She stated that that was perfectly fine with her and hung the phone up. I called the business back and the same female answered. I stated that I was not done speaking with her and before I could say anymore, she stated she was done speaking with me and hung the phone up again. (The female's words were very harshly spoken.)I called the Marion, VA CJ's Pizza and asked them if they were owned by the same person as the Chilhowie, VA CJ's Pizza. The female stated yes. I asked for the owner's phone number. The female stated that she was not allowed to give out the phone number. I asked if I could get the owner to call me. The female stated she would pass the message on to the owner to call me and got my phone number. I asked the female who the owner was so I would know who was calling me and she stated that she was not allowed to give their name out.Desired Settlement: I want the owner, whoever they are, to know how I was treated by their employee.
