I told the customer that I would refund his deposit I don't want to, but I will I don't have his Card information and it needs to be done in person I told this to him on two separate occasions(phone calls) I don't see what is so hard to understand?

Ms. [redacted] came to our lot and inspected, drove, and looked at the vehicle.  After a couple days passed, she contacted me and said that she would like to purchase the car.  The next day she came to pick the vehicle up, Paid for the car, signed the paperwork, and took delivery of the...

vehicle.  Two days later she said that she was unhappy with the condition of the car.  It was in the same condition the day that she inspected the vehicle and the day that she took final delivery.  As a good faith effort to please Ms. [redacted], we did take the car back and paint some areas and buff some areas to try and make her happy, but making her happy proved unsuccessful.  She also traded in a car that had a bad engine that she failed to mention to us.  It appears that Ms. [redacted] has some buyers remorse, but unfortunately, there is nothing more that C.L. H[redacted] Auto Wholesale can do to make her happy.

I contacted Hyman Wholesale to get more information about a 2006 [redacted] 4Runner that had been listed on [redacted]. From the very beginning, [redacted] was very responsive to emails and phone calls. He had great communication and followed through on everything he told me. I ended up purchasing the 4Runner, and [redacted] was kind enough to arrange transport at almost half the cost that I had been able to find myself. The vehicle was delivered as described, and I am thoroughly enjoying it! The only thing that I did not expect was that there was a chip in the windshield. I contacted [redacted] about this. He told me he had not seen the chip, but he immediately offered to pay to have it repaired. I got it repaired, sent a copy of the receipt to [redacted] and received a check in the mail to cover the cost within a week. The entire experience with [redacted] and Hyman Wholesale was excellent! I was very comfortable purchasing a vehicle from them, even though I was not able to see it in person before making the purchase. I would definitely do business with this dealership again, and I very highly recommend them to anyone who would like a smooth experience when purchasing a very nice vehicle!

cost him $2,200. If the customer had contacted the business before contacting the dealer they could have gotten him a compressor for about $200. The customer did not reach out to the business until after he allowed the dealership to charge him so much for a part that would not have been nearly as expensive as that.

Review: We bought a [redacted] from this wholesale dealer in [redacted] on 04/14/14. We live in [redacted] The salesman ([redacted]) I spoke to on the phone told me that there was "nothing wrong with this vehicle & that I would be very pleased with it". We had the vehicle delivered on 04/18/14. As the weather was cooler we had not need to use the air-conditioner in this vehicle for a couple of weeks. Once we did, we found out that it didn't work. We took it to an A/C repair shop on 05/15/14 and they had to replace the A/C compressor. This job cost us $1600. I called the salesman ([redacted]) back and told him what had transpired & after talking to his boss this company would only re-embers us for a total of $200 towards this repair cost, which as of today I have still NOT even received any money yet. Also now one month later now, this vehicle stops running in the middle of traffic. We took to a [redacted] dealership on 06/02/14, where it currently sits getting another repair at a cost of $600 ... so far.Desired Settlement: As we live in [redacted] and were not able to physically inspect this vehicle, we had to go by what the salesman told us. We feel that this vehicle was grossly misrepresented and that we should receive at least $2200 towards these repairs, as we paid TOP dollar (over the Kelly Blue Book value) for this vehicle.

NOTE: This is where I believe the $200 amount came from that they were going to send me a check for ... which I have still NOT received as of yet either. Review: At the suggestion of the company I placed a $100.00 deposit on a vehicle while contemplating purchasing it with the understanding that if we decided against purchasing the vehicle the money would then be refunded without any problems. But when the decision was made to not buy the vehicle I was confronted with aggressively by there sales team and told that I could not get my deposit.Desired Settlement: The return of the funds as well as to inform potential customers of the way this company conducts itself
