Review: Improper installation of roof and Hardy board siding by Clarkson Construction at my residence. During the installation of the roof I had some issues on how the work was proceeding. I addressed these issues with Mr. C[redacted] and he assured me they would be resolved. Upon Completion of the installation and inspection of the roof the issues were not resolved to my satisfaction. Later I contacted 2 professional roofers along with a home inspection company to evaluate my roof. Upon completion of their inspections both roofers and home inspector concluded that the entire roof of the house along with the shed and hardy board siding was installed and nailed improperly voiding the material manufacturer's warranties, also potentially voiding my insurer's obligation to insure my home. Both roofers concluded that the roof would have to be completely replaced in order to meet the material manufacturer's requirements for warranting the roof and siding.Desired Settlement: Full refund of my deposit of $3,750.00, along with all the repair costs to the interior and exterior of my home incurred due to the improper installation of the roof. Also all inspection fees along with attorney fees incurred due to this manner.
