I have met with Mr [redacted] and we were able to have a very good meetingI presented him with an itemized invoice for the basement portion of the project to show him that the financials were in lineI believe he was reassured that his money was not taken unjustlyI then offered to provide similar information for the rest of the project but told him I would have to put that information into an itemized formatI did offer to get him the information within a short time frame and unfortunately I have not been able to yet deliver it to himI have sent him a message to let him know I had not forgotten about him and that I was working on it but my schedule had been extremely busy so it was going to take me a bit longerI do under stand the urgency and I appreciate Mr [redacted] having patience with me for this deliveryI will do my very best to have it to him by Monday 8/22/I'm hopeful this will be the final resolve to Mr [redacted] s complaint and that we can both move forward from this point comfortable that both parties are satisfiedI have also agreed to review the areas in his home that he believes have unsatisfactory work.Regards, [redacted]
