Valley Collections Service is reporting illegally on my creditI don’t know the account they are reporting and I asked for them to completely verify it and they refused to do soI’ve looked at the laws according to the FCRA and FCDPA and they are by law REQUIRED to verify 100% of the accountThey are REQUIRED to provide signed contracts, ALL of the account history from now to when it was opened, and they were supposed to send me a certified notification within days of receiving any account or within days of reporting to the credit bureausThey HAVEN’T DONE ANY OF THESE THINGS! They are breaking the law and reporting a bogus account on my credit illegally

Valley Collection Services (VCS) and I agreed upon amount of $paid in full payment for resolution of a billing issue via phone call Orignal EverGreen Pest Control VCS refused to provide a letter acknowledging the agreement of $and closed my account and this is currently reporting my credit file as derogatory with an incorrect balance posted on my credit file In addition, the original creditor has explicit arbitration terms regarding disagreements of this natureThe arbitration terms are located on the back of the Evergreen Pest Control service agreementA policy number was not supplied on the agreementIt is not professional to agree on a resolution then refuse to document the resolution, but insist a payment be sent to the office and report on credit file as closed as derogatory when a resolution was attempted and agreed upon

I have received numerous letters and calls from this organization for a moving violation in the town of Gilbert (which I have never had)Have not had a ticket since Ive told them this and they have not been able to produce any evidence of the moving violation
In I filed BK and named them in the court documentsMy attorney sent them a letter as with all creditorsStill, they continue to harass meMy BK was finalized in Feb
Why do they continue to think they are above the law? This is frustrating and I will be hiring legal counsel just to make a pointThis is ridiculous!!!!
