Classic Delivery & Moving Reviews (5)

We have used Classic Delivery in the past and were very impressed on how much care they took of everything. The guys were great, friendly, & very caring.
So now it was our turn to move. So we again turned to Classic Delivery. We had some heavy pieces that I was not going to try to move myself. The guys moved them with ease.
I would use them again and again!!!

I inherited a hutch from my late grandma. I hired Classic Movers and they were great. They were professional and courteous. I would recommend them and use them again.

Review: Classic Delivery misadvertise their services. Yesterday I was driving and saw their delivery truck with advertising on the back, I find it offensive for them to put advertisement of their company on the truck as “Revdex.com+ rated and Angie’s list A+ rated, licensed and Insured”, delivery of “office, furniture and pianos”. This company is Not Insured, and do not have equipment to deliver pianos. I used their services in July 2014. They did estimate couple days prior and I asked for muscular guys to move me as I have Ashely’s furniture. I also have an upright piano. I moved 3 times during last 10 years around the valley with the same house stuff. Normally it takes the mover 6 hours to move everything – furniture, piano and the boxes. Classic delivery sent 2 guys and one of them was a 19 year old kid who started first day at job. It took them 16 (sixteen!) hours to move me. They also dropped my upright piano from the 4 feet tall delivery truck as they had no equipment to move it. The piano fell on the side of the house outside. Classic delivery fixed the stucco outside but didn’t fix the piano damages. They sent me two piano estimators to fix the piano professionally but when they saw the estimates (one estimate was over $3,000 and another – over $4,000 dollars) - they refused to pay anything. They sent me a letter from the lawyers office offering $100 and go away, which I found very offensive. So I filed a suit and won. They owe me almost $3,000 which they refusing to pay. They do not answer my phone calls or emails. The owners just took a trip to Hawaii in August 2015, per their front desk service and were not available to talk to me when I called. Chris, their front desk manager said when the guys who dropped the piano pay for damages they will pay me. When I asked them about their insurance information they said they don’t have it and got very defensive. They DO NOT have insurance. They should take the advertising on their truck off.

The company is also trying to make money by selling used furniture giving them for free by the customers. They have a warehouse in Cave Creek where several customers went to look at that used furniture and complained it’s trash and it’s a shame they are trying to sell it.

Classic delivery is scam. I think they sent me unexperienced guys to move me last year so they can make more money out of my move. I just moved to another house two months ago and it took only 6 hours for the guys to move my furniture. WITH NO DAMAGES as they had the right equipment to move everything.

Where is the law in Phoenix AZ that allow such scam companies to put advertisement on their trucks?

I would really like to receive the money they owe me so I can repair the damages done to my piano. I’m a professional piano player, I’m a single mom of two little boys that will be teaching the kids music. It’s a shame they don’t care about their customer service and they don’t want to be responsible for the damages done.Desired Settlement: 1) Pay for the damages assigned by the court case.

2) take their wrong advertisement on their truck as

a) they do not have the right equipment to move the pianos

b) they do not have insurance.

3) they should not be Revdex.com rates and A+ Angie's list rated due to scam to the customers.
