Call CDP to replace two toilet seals/o rings in master and guest bath rooms. Purchased the ring myself at Loews. Plumbers came out only replaced master bathroom, did not replace guest bath and took the guest seal/o ring with them. Called Bethania H[redacted] explaining what happen, no reply. Five days later toilet was not flushing, no water pressure. Call CDP, sent a different plumber, snaked the toilet, wax from the seal was the problem, caused by CDP first plumbers. Called and ask for a discount since the problem was caused by CDP. No reply. Few days later received email from Kelly H[redacted] asking to help figure out what work was completed. Not only did they cause the problem, they did not fix the problem, CDP office didn't know what work the plumbers completed.
