I am rejecting this response because:
I sent two emails to the company.  Neither was responded to.  I never was able to reach a person on the phone since the business was not open all week.  The shipping to my house and return to [redacted] will come to $12.00.  Rather expensive.  The price of my order was $18.00.  So I will be spending $12.00 and have nothing to show for it.  I have ordered many things off the internet and was always able to reach the vendors.  This was not the case with [redacted].  I don't feel I should be responsible for shipping.

Review: I purchased two replacement lids for pyrex baking dishes from this company. they were pictured & listed as clear glass, but they are blue PLUS they do not fit snuggly on the pyrex dishes. PLEASE NOTE: I had to list the company in l.a. and I had to make up an email address for them. sneaky as they are, on their website they offer no help or support link and don't provide a mailing address or phone number!!!

Items are pictured as clear glass, and they are exactly that The lids do have a slight blue tint, which is how they are made. This tint shows up well in the picture,

These lids fit the dishes listed in the description. Since I have no idea what dish this customer has, I cannot tell you how well they will fit.

Customers have the option of registering on the website and using a credit card as payment, or using their own [redacted] account and the information is automatically transferred from [redacted] (which is the payment option chosen by this customer).

I built and have owned this website since 2007 and there is nothing sneaky about it There is a “Contact Us” button clearly displayed on the right side of the home page with store hours,, location, telephone number, and email address shown. PLEASE NOTE that this customer never called, emailed, or contacted me in any way about any issues. The fact they they are seeking compensation of $40 for an order that was only $36 makes me think that they are the sneaky ones. The order number that they provided is actually the [redacted] receipt number. The website order number is [redacted]. I have also attached a copy of the original order.
