Review: My window shade needed repair due to sun exposure which eroded the material. The vendor, "Classic Windows Inc." located at [redacted], replaced the material by gluing a patch on the damaged area. The glue came unglued after 2 days. I have called "Classic" on three separate occasions and they do not return my call. I paid $150.00 in cash because they would not take a credit card or check. I do have a signed receipt for this payment. I would not recommend their services to anyone. I would like Classic to return and replace the damaged shade to my satisfaction, or refund my $150.00.Desired Settlement: replace damaged shade or refund $150.00 repair fee.
