I purchased my house in September My contingency plan was to have all roofs replaced and fixed, have the windows that were not capped to be capped, and to replace the water spout, because it was too short and not connectedMy closing date was changed twice because the first time caliber home loans sent out an adjuster on 9/14/2016, the required stuff to be fixed wasn’t half way doneThe new closing date was 9/20/Caliber told me it had to be right and I did everything right on my part but every time they sent an adjuster out it costs them moneyAt this point the house had a city inspection, my own inspector from Integra, plus Calibers adjusterOn 9/19/ at night I got a call from Caliber saying the roofers certified license was expired and he had to renew it on 9/so we had to change closing from 10am to 3pmHe got it renewed I was called at 1:for 2pmto go to house and do a walkthroughI had to rush because I had a longer commute to get to
