Purchased item online using my bank debit card. Company deducted money from my bank [redacted] and never delivered product.On June 27, 2014 @ 10:48 PM I ordered an Ultra Underwater Light & Show Fountain with remote. Order # XXXXXXXXX for [redacted] from Swimming Pool Outfitters DBA Clean & Clear Pool Service Inc. I received an email from them soon after my purchase confirming the order. I have NOT received my purchase as of yet. I left several messages for them to no avail. I researched the company and have found on their Facebook page & with the Revdex.com that this company is scamming people. Illegally taking their money and not delivering product.Desired SettlementI want my full refund of [redacted] or my exact product I purchased. However, [redacted] shows no credit. This company stated to myself & the Revdex.com that they credited back my account for which infact they absolutely did not. I am still waiting...for my refund.
