Review: I dropped two dresses off to be cleaned on a Monday. They offer a special discount of 10% if you prepay with cash. I prepaid $22-. I picked up the dresses on Saturday morning to find both dresses were not cleaned and smelled under the armpits. The clerk spoke broken English so she pretended not to know what was going on. I asked the clerk if they could be cleaned again. She said I would need to pay again. At that point I asked for my money back which she declined. I paid for two dresses to be cleaned and there was no difference in them from when I dropped them off. A complete scam!!!Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my $22- back. I requested and paid for a service that was never preformed.

Review: I dropped off a leather jacket to have it sent out for cleaning and to have the zipper replaced. I dropped it off on 10/25/2013, paid the $85.00 in full and was told to pick it up on 11/16/2013. I arrived at the store on 11/18/2013 and was made aware by the store owner that the jacket had not even been started. the liner was cut already but the zipper had not been done, nor had it been cleaner. I never received a call saying they were having any trouble completing the job which they were paid to do. It is now 11/23/2013 and I am still getting the run around.Desired Settlement: I would like them to send the jacket to someone who can repair and clean it, at their cost. In addition I would like the fee of $85.00 refunded to me
