I bought a fairly heavy bench on an auction on their websiteafter purchase the pick up receipt stated that the item was located on the second floor up two flights of stairs
this information was not visible on the website, and they will not provide any assistance in moving the bench to the ground floor
I contacted them and they showed me that next to the item on their webpage there was a carrot (arrow) that, when clicked showed an expanded description that included the location
this is very much like the very fine print on credit card contractsi can not carry this bench down two flights of stairs alonethey have refused to provide any help even with my offer to pay someone
if the item isnt picked up in hours they consider it abandoned property to be discarded as they see fit
