Clear And Blue Pool Service, LLC

Clear and blue maintained my pool for more than 1year. Recently, I recognized they replaced bottom cleaner and charged it in addition to monthly fee. But, after replacing some part, it doesn't work any more. I asked them to check it. And, as I was not satisfied with their service, I noticed them stop maintaining my pool. After the notice, they never showed up, even if I paid for one month in advance. The bottom cleaner still doesn't work.. And no answer from them.
I hope anyone read this review would not have same experience as mine.

Both Dan and his wife, Ainez, are crooks and untrustworthy people. I would not recommend this service to even my worst enemy. They never can keep my pool from turning green, they charged me for something that THEY BROKE, and are not consistent with their service.

Terrible customer service – rude and very unprofessional. My pool looked worse than ever -unsure of what service they provided; other than taking my money.
