Review: signed up for a loan modification with this company and I had to send them $3586 to them to start the process. They disappeared and I can nolonger get in touch with them. I would like to start the process to get my money back from themDesired Settlement: I would like my $3586 returned from them as they didn't follow through on what they said they can do. My mortgage is now delinquent and my credit report continues to suffer.

Review: Clear Vision Financial contacted us via phone and indicated they could assist us in modifying our home mortgage, including our second mortgage. After a number of discussions with them we agreed to enter a contract with them, assuming we would see a significant decrease in our monthly mortgage payments. We paid them a fee of $3000. They stated they could actually modify the loan by reducing the principal with funds provided by the government. In addition, they requested a considerable volume of paperwork be completed, which was done and submitted on a number of occasions. They claim they were able to modify our second mortgage, which really was not modified only refinanced, saving us nothing and extending our loan. We were denied any loan modification with our primary mortgage as we made too much money! Needless to say, it was a true waste of money with no real outcomes, except boatloads of paperwork, that resulted in absolutely NOTHING!Desired Settlement: I want a full refund in the amount of $3000!

Review: Clear Vision Financial, represented by [redacted], promised an overall loan reduction and decrease in interest rates for two of our properties, for a fee of $5490.00. He instructed us to stop payment on two mortgages, which would prompt the banks to offer a loan modification. After being contacted by both banks, who told us that they were initiating foreclosure proceedings did we question [redacted] and Clear Vision Financial, because up to this point, he had been attentive and seemed to be very informed. We were forced to take money out of our retirement accounts to bring both mortgages up to date. [redacted] did not return phone calls or e-mails. Multiple attempts to contact his office resulted in an offer to "leave a message". At a time in which we really needed financial assistance, Clear Vision only made the situation worse.Desired Settlement: We would like to receive full payment for the $5490.00 we sent to Clear Vision.
