Clera Windows & Doors by FM Industries Inc

I can't say my experience with Clera Windsors and Doors has been a satisfying one. Seem to be more talk than action. Signed a contract October 2014 for an install date of Feb 2015. Didn't happen till April/May 2015. Right away there was a problem with the weather seal on the patio door, loose handle, and a small latch missing. Paid my bill in full and in hind sight, I should have held back 20% or 25% till I was sure problems corrected. They don't know why the weather seal keeps popping out of the track so they said they will now replace the door (July 2015). They are calling it a warranty defect. Maybe just another way of saying they don't have any local experts or knowledgeable technicians in this area. It is now Sept 2015 and my patio Door is in Toronto. I can get the door if I pay for the delivery cost otherwise I have to wait till someone in Windsor orders window s and doors. Might get the door in October but they can not commit. So October, let me think back, that will make it 12 months since I started this journey with Clera and I am still waiting for my door to be installed.
Finally got the door installer to re-install my patio door September 29th, 2015, one problem though, the weatherstrip that insured an airtight fit was missing. Installer said the design of this door is bad. He called it a defect or poor design. Said I did not really need the weatherstrip. The one on the other edge would provide a good enough seal. He has done all he can to install this door, can't do anything more.
Never got a follow up call or visit to see if everything was ok. So I called the saleman on Oct 2nd . Seem surprised that the weatherstrip was missing. Said this is the first he had heard. Said he would have to talk to installer who was on vacation and that I would hear back. Did not get a call so I called the salesman on Oct 23rd left a message to call me. Next day he calls, said someone from Royal will contact me. It is now Nov 3rd, I guess the guy from Royal is too busy to call me because I have not heard from anyone.
So I have a less than perfect door with an airtightness rating that is less than advertised that I had installed twice. Couldn't get it right either time. [redacted]
