our attention when it is occurring. It is difficult to talk to both parties involved when a parent presents the problem when picking up their child at the end of the session. Öur policy has always been to allow non skating parents in the facility complimentary. We encourage all parents to stay during the session especially if they are aware of conflict with another individual that may be attending the same evening.We never have issues with either party when they attend individually.Our policy is to assess each situation on an individual basis and take action based on the alleged event. Sometimes an individual will be given a time out and asked to sit on the bench for a certain amount of time.
