new properly sealed pipe and joints.Customer has requested repair done on 03/08/2018.Will return on 03/08/2018 and complete repair, after repair is completed, customer requested a wait period time to allow verification of no leaks exist.After customer is content with repair, will make arrangements to have water damaged drywall repaired by a licenced drywall contractor of the customersagreed acceptance to complete the repair.As to the untimely manner of returning the customers call, he is correct and have personally apologized to the fact and will make it a priority to completethe repair of his situation and strive for total satisfaction as we do and always will for all our customers. DaveAir Quality Heating
