The best staff in a field that works on cars, I would trust these people to work on my vehicles before I would the dealership! I have gone to dealership for oil change and left and car stopped running only to find out didn't put oil in, Fouji, Arun, Ajay , William, and rest of staff are friendly, knowledgeable and also honest. I have been coming here for 10 plus years because of the great service and have recommended all of my family and friends who also come here.

BEWARE. If I could leave a minus stars I would. Horrible body shop my husband took our car there to get it fix because it had a noise on the wheels we payed $800.00 for nothing came to pick up the car and the car 1st of all was dead my husband was there trying to jump start the car for 2 hrs even the cashier tried to help him because it was a saturday and it was after they had left. They didn't inform us that supposedly the car had more than 1 issue. We came back and the manager Foji helped us he was somewhat rude but than apologized and agreed that they did messed up but they won't reimburse us anything. So I called several times to speak to the owner AJ to see if they would do anything about and of course the owner was a the rudest person on earth so unprofessional who lacks any kind of respect or knows anything of customer service. He even hang up the phone on me and said that we would have to buy the parts and that they do the labor. Like if they were doing us a favor sure they messed up and on top of that we had to pay more than $200.00 because our car is customized and they wouldnt even take responsibility for their mistakes. I hate this place. BEWARE THE OWNER AJ IS A THIEF STAY AWAY FROM THIS BODY SHOP YOU WILL THANK ME LATER. ST PLACE IN MARYLAND.

Review: I took my car to Citgo because it was leaking water.I was first told that my car needed a heating core and that would cost 550.0O .Then I was told that my car needed a water pump and since I had been told a cheaper price then the work for the water pump would be the same as the heater coil.I told the mechanic to go ahead and do the work.I picked my car up yesterday and drove 2 blocks to get a battey.When I got out the car I saw fluid running out of my car.I immediately called the mechanic.He went to get the car.Now he is telling me that the problem is a head gasket.Now I am out of 661.00 and my car is still broken.

Thanking you in advance for any assistance with this matter.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my car repaired as I was told in the beginning without an additional charge ,or to have my money refunded to me.
