Cloverleaf Apartments

I went in to apply for an apartment with my son and his significant other. We were told by Shauntell that we would more than likely be approved and she would call that day to let us know. We never received a call until the next week. She let us know that I had a previous bill that I had to pay to move forward with the apartment. I paid the bill the next day and took her the receipt to prove that I had paid it in full. She said she would speak with the maintenance man and let me know how soon we could move in. After a week, I finally called her and asked when we would be able to see the apartment. She told me she was going to walk over and look at the apartment herself that day and let me know. I never heard from her. I finally called again and she told me they had put new carpet in the apartment and they were repairing the tub. I still have not heard anything from her.
