Dear [redacted] ,A review of our file indicates that we tried on multiple occasion (11/ [redacted] & 112016) to speak with the customer and advise them that in order to back date the cancellation date as requested we would need a FS -surrender of plates and registration or proof of new insuranceOn we spoke the husband Maurice and indicted that the plates were surrendered on September and would send us the FSreceipt from the DMVHe understands that once is received we will back date the cancellationHe was very pleased and felt that the issue was properly addressedNaturally if you have any question we stand prepared to respond accordinglyBest wishes for [redacted]

Very poor customer service. They say they'll get right back to you...they don't.
I waited two days after being quoted a price and then , after several calls I made to get ID cards , was asked to purchase renters insurance along w/the auto insurance. When I said no thanks they denied me coverage. REAL shady practices!!!! Beware and stay away!!! They only want you to purchase "Bundles"

insurance. On 1/**/2017 we spoke the husband Maurice and indicted that the plates were surrendered on September 2016 and would send us the FS6 receipt from the DMV. He understands that once is received we will back date the cancellation. He was very pleased and felt that the issue was properly addressed. Naturally if you have any question we stand prepared to respond accordingly. Best wishes for 2017. [redacted]
