Seems to be lack of communication here According to our Used Vehicle Dept Manager, we never said we were not going to take care of the items that [redacted] has issue with, only that we wanted to get the car over to our Service Dept and see if any of it would be covered under the factory warranty There was not an internal "we owe" in the deal indicating that we agreed to take care of these items at time of sale But aside from that, we are willing to work with our new customer, [redacted] ***, to address the items she detailed in her complaint[redacted] can contact me directly, or her salesperson, Anthony Kelly, and we will address her concerns.Sincerely,Kenny P***General Manager

Our intention was never to be disrespectful to [redacted] If I or one of my managers was aware of the issue she was having on Monday, we would have tried to resolve it then As it was, I didn't recieve any call until Wednesday 10-19-when my vacation began The first time Willie P***, my Lane Manager, spoke with her was Wednesday alsoAt this time, Dave was back at work also.As I stated before, [redacted] authorized the repairs on Friday 10-14- I also understand she tried to reverse that decision Saturday when Dave was not scheduled to work The receptionist took a message for Dave, but by Saturday late morning, the work was completed Our error was not following up with Dave's customer when he was out sick on Monday and Tuesday Even if he was here Monday, the repairs were completed and could not have been reversed.I understand her feeling that we should have been protecting her vehicle when it was damaged by the tow truck, but that was an accident that the 3rd party tow company is willing to repair They were given a copy of her repair order with name and address as it was given to us at the time her vehicle was dropped off with us That the name is improper, we can't help as that was the information given to us.Again, I am able to help with the body repairs if she would likeI do understand it happened on our lot by a third party, but if I can speed up the process of repairs and provide her with an alternate vehicle to drive, I am more than happy to try and help

We received a credit application through Auto Credit Express for Mr [redacted] on 4-16- Credit application is attached

[redacted] contacted us on 3/12/notifying us that the [redacted] was shifting funnyWe asked her to bring it in and on 3/13/17, she left the vehicle with us and was given a loaner car until the problem was rectified She has been informed that we had to send to [redacted] as the issue will be addressed under ***'s warranty.As of 3/17/at 3:pm, [redacted] called and informed us the vehicle has been repaired and ready for pick up We will contact the customer and ask that she return the loaner and pick up her vehicle.We want to make sure she is safe when driving a vehicle form us and her [redacted] showed no open recalls when inspected and it does not show any when we re-ran her VIN# on [redacted] .gov We are glad that [redacted] took care of the issue and will re-unite the customer with her vehicle this evening Thank you.Sincerely,Donna B [redacted] Service Director

I am rejecting this response because: The sales representative never said anything about running my credit with other lenders I did not want to fill out the application but Corey told me that I needed to so that *** *** can pull my credit The manager is lying and why do you have to pull my credit for lenders? Also my credit was Specify where you are getting this information from because I work with *** *** and is very aware of my credit score I have proof...where is yours?

Want to first of all thank ** *** for his purchase. I do apologize if we called and he felt harassed, as that was never our intent. We do make calls to remind our customers of down payment that they agreed to pay. When the deal was made, ** *** agreed to pay us his down
payment by the 30th of July, which he did. Once it was paid, we were able to complete the deal and pay off his traded vehicle which was done on August 5th. We cannot pay off his trade until that down payment is received. I'd like to know who was "harassing" him. I have looked through our records and do not see notes made of phone calls. Again, I do apologize if this was the case, I just don't have any record of it. We will offer ** *** a free oil change for the inconvenience, as he requested. I will make note of this in our system

The consumer in this case has no paid credit, only some student loans. Also a recent repossession and only on the job for month. All of this made it very difficult to obtain financing. The only approval we were able to obtain came with a $5,bank fee. So to sell the
vehicle at the advertisied True Car price, we would have lost $6,000. We will honor the advertised price, but only if the consumer obtains their own financing.We will also follow this up with a phone call to the consumer since that is what is listed as the "desired settlement"

I am rejecting this response because: they are in the process of getting temporary tags and then said they will *** the metal tagsI have filed a complaint with the Attorney General to get the February car payment that is due, because of this issue and them not getting financing after a month and day.

With ** ***'s (***'s) approval, I can download and forward the signed credit application as well as the *** report showing her score as when we pulled it. Again I am sorry for the miscommunication, we were just attempting to get her into the car she wanted without trading here current vehicle. *** *** would not approve it

When we broke the tire down to replace, the sensor was missing. We went forward with the repair assuming the customer knew this. It's not abto see them missing on an older vehicle
