CMS Pools

Review: Purchased an above ground swimming pool in 2002 from CMS pools. After taking the winter cover off this spring, I noticed an 8' section of the liner had come loose from track. I tried desperately on five different occasions to get liner back in track to no avail. Decided to drain pool to determine what was up. Found several rust spots on pool walls and it was determined by an expert that pool was unusable and unsafe. I'm in the process of perhaps obtaining a new pool installed for $3600.00. I believe CMS pools should absorb this cost or at least a portion of it. Desired Settlement: I'll settle for full refund or partial refund.
