This is the first time for me to write a review Unfortunately it is not positive This company gives truck brokering a bad name Dispatcher was straight out dishonest Told me they owned their own trucks and had my load set up on one of their trucks She gave me a pick date and said everything was set Then the excuses started delaying and delaying I found out she put my load on the Central Board and was waiting for a trucker to take Much more to this storyUnethical dispatcher

DON'TJust don't use themI'm not gonna go into how a ** *** stopped talking to me and traded me off to his co workerHow they say it's gonna arrive but there actually baiting and switching ur vehicle on another truck going in that directionOr how the day it was scheduled for pick up and I started fratinizing cause noone called me about what was happening0% care for customer service after u catch on to there circus BS

This company royally screwed my husband and myselfThey gave us an AWESOME quote and promised us they would get our cars by a certain dateWell we had a pickup scheduled for November 1st, the driver calls on october 30th and says he's minutes away!! Of course we didn't have our vehicles ready to get picked up quite yet, so we ask them to give us a couple days, they say ok that's no problem give us a call when you're readySo I called them on the first and said our vehicles were ready to be picked up, they happily reply how wonderful that is and that a trick will guaranteed pick up our vehicles by November 7th, so on the 6th I called to make sure everything was still on schedule, they say yesI go to sleep thinking everything is fine and wake up on November 7th, wait till about 11am and call because we haven't heard from them, they answerand say that the driver is looking for a winch (one of our cars is inoperable) ok no problem, they said they'll call back when they hear from the driverWell hours go by and we still didn't hear anything backnow I'm getting irritatedSo I call, no answerMy husband calls, no answerI block my number and call, they answered, I give them the information, and they hang up once they realize it's us!!! Thinking it was a mistake we try calling back multiple times and no one answers, I use a friends phone to call (new number) and they freaking answer!!!! Now I'm getting ***I explain the situation and how I'm frustrated with them and they say let me transfer you to dispatchhere we go againI ask for the direct number for dispatch in case we get disconnected, they say it's the same numberok whateverThen transfer me and surpirsevoicemail!! I leave a message, and finally say screw it, in conclusion I would not recommend this company, they will give you the run around and ignore you they will lie and tell you what you want to hearI am very disappointed with how unprofessional they were with everything
