will only allow me to get needed medications from these people. It takes a at least a half hour of time to get your medications filled over the phone, IF you can get through. The automated calling tree is horrible, requiring one to hang up and start over because the computer reads ''yes'' answer as a ''no'' and will not allow you to go back. After years of frustration, tonight I finally got a spot to ''leave a message'' so I could complain, it said to ''push 1'', I did, and it said, "thank you'' and hung up. Getting a PERSON is almost impossible and only after a multitude of layers in their poorly designed calling tree. Now I can't get my medications.
I would not use this company if I had a choice. I was using Another mail order service and had no problems. Was not required to have a signature to have my meds delivered & they would cover if my meds were damaged or stolen. My insurance company is forcing me to use this company or my co pay would be thousands of dollars. In order to cover if damaged or stolen they require a signature which means someone has to be home at the time of delivery. This medication has to be refrigerated which means if no one is home & has to be redelivered the next day it could be bad. Their only solution was to have the medication delivered to my office which my company does not allow. I don't mind using a mail order company but think it is a racket that we are not given more choices and made to use a company that is below standards in customer satisfaction.
