It lacked a specific details for the resolution.
Please detail what amount will be paid  ($465.98 or $685.98) by cashiers check and if the original comforter will be returned and the exact date and time for return.
I will agree to accept:
$465.98 plus the batting repaired on the original [redacted] comforter or $685.98 (which includes the cost of $220 for a replacement insert of [redacted].) Entire amount paid by cashiers check. (Note that these figures were detailed in the original demand letter that was legally served to the establishment on October 29, 2015.)
The settlement to be made on Wednesday, February 3, 2016, at 9:00 a.m. at Code 3 Cleaners.

I apologies for the inconvenience and agree to the terms of payment. I will need 30 days to come up with the appropriate funds then I will make payment as settlement to this dispute. Thank you.

Review: Code 3 Cleaners made an error in processing the dry cleaning of my comforter. It was washed instead of dry cleaned, resulting in fading of the item and huge lumps and wrinkles where the interior batting material was bunched and displaced. The comforter was very expensive and had only been dry cleaned. It is the centerpiece of a matching collection which includes drapes, bed skirt and pillow cases. In order to maintain my investment, the comforter had only been dry cleaned, and looked new.

At this point, I do not have the comforter. I was told it was in a warehouse. I have not been reimbursed for the cleaning fee or offered a replacement item or replacement value. This issue has been going on for many months. I have made several visits to the business but only get told that the owner does not respond to the manager's calls. Finally in October, I had the business served with a demand letter which was followed by a certified copy delivered by the USPS. As of December, I have not received any response. I have been patient and very willing to work towards resolution but the manager only makes excuses and no offers have been made, nor do I have my original comforter. Please help me resolve this issue. Thank you.Desired Settlement: My request is that the comforter either be replaced with a new comforter matching it exactly in size and pattern or an amount paid that would allow me to purchase a matching replacement. The pattern is [redacted]'s [redacted]. A comforter cover is currently available through [redacted]. Since it does not include the comforter itself, a return of the original comforter with the batting smoothed through a seamstress would be acceptable to fit into the [redacted] comforter cover in the [redacted] pattern.
