Coffaros Pizza

Review: I ordered a ham and pineapple pizza, but a Meat Lovers pizza was delivered instead (despite the label on the box saying ham and pineapple). When I called to complain, the person on the phone said he had to consult with the manager. When he called back, he said the best they could do is offer a 25% discount on my next order. I assumed at the time that this meant I would not be charged for the pizza I did not order. When I discovered two days later that I was, in fact, charged, I called and spoke to a person who identified himself as the manager. He said their policy in these cases was to re-make and re-deliver the pizza or provide the 25% off deal. When I explained that I was not told I could have the pizza re-made when I first called to complain and that I wanted the price of the wrong pizza refunded, he was unrelenting. This is a bad business practice, and I would not make an issue of it, but my three-year-old daughter ONLY LIKES HAM AND PINEAPPLE PIZZA.Desired Settlement: I want the price of the pizza I did not order refunded (but not the tip I gave to the delivery person, who was not at fault).
