I have lived at *** Apartment since 3/16/June we begin to have no running hot water until 9/27/Their eviction was denied and landlord served a day no cause same day eviction was deniedI wish for this company to stop the harassment and let me get back to my life that they have destroyed

After "Refusing Rent" calendar days after it was submitted*** mngmnt locked my family & I out & now refuse to return the $$ wks Later
While at work, On April 4, 2016, five calendar days after submitting rent (via money orders) to the office my family was locked out of my apartment by *** management & an officer of the law without even allowing for one small bag to be packed
America, an employee in the rental Office was holding the money orders that were submitted on the Thurs evening prior this nightmareShe stated the rent had been refused, insisted that I had been subleasing to my family & anyone there at that time must leave right awayShe also said that despite the fact the money orders were submitted by and signed by someone other than myself and submitted in my name they would only be released to me This was impossible however for the same reason that someone else submitted the rent for meMy work schedule is inflexible and shortly there after I
I left this apartment in great condition on Feb28th and have not received my security deposit or any correspondence what-so-ever
