I am very sorry to hear Ms [redacted] is having a problem with her heat pumpOur first visit to her property was on 4-16-We found the indoor piston restricted not allowing proper refrigerant flowWe cleared the restriction and advised the customer it was most likely due to a poor installation On 4-20-we returned to do a spring cleaningSystem was working customer had no known complaintsOn 7-29-customer called with no ACWe found her unit was low on refrigerantAfter a leak search we found the outdoor coil leakingWe advised the customer, she gave authorization to replace coil on 8-20- The coil, the refrigerant liquid filter and a vacuum leak test was doneAll test ok on 8-26-A fall service cleaning was also doneOn 3-11-customer called no heatWe found the reversing valve stuck in the cooling modeWe tried at an oil additive (supco88) at no chargeWe could not free stuck valveWe replaced the valveOn 6-19-customer call no ACWe replaced the indoor piston at no chargeI feel badly that Ms [redacted] has had more then her share of equipment failuresI do not feel we are responsible for any of themWe did not install her systemWe do not recommend the brand of equipment she purchased from another unknown contractorNone of the repairs were call backs or return call for the same problemWe can only warranty repairs we have madeWe have not heard from Ms [redacted] since 6-19-So this is a complete surprise to me

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Iron Bridge states that their was a different reason each time they came out It was the same reason The unit was freezing up each time They added freon in each time, and it worked again for a couple more months They have made trips to my home in attempts to repair my unit They replaced parts under warranty and made a good deal of money for labor charges, but replacing these parts did not fix the unitI do not believe that it is coincidence that every couple months it is something differentI have spoken with many people now and feel assured that Iron Bridge never repaired the actual leak and that the slow leak has been continuous without repair Replacing parts and filling it with freon ...of course the freon ran out after a couple months and I was back to the same problem again Just as I am again this spring Freezing up The SAME problem I have had the last visits from Iron Bridge that is still not repairedIt is easy to point the finger at someone else or say someone elses product is not a good product., but the fact remains is after visits, one would think a liscensed company would be able to locate this leak and repair it., instead of replacing warranty parts in the hopes that fixed the problem I am not a HVAC person, but my common sense tells me there is a red flad when someone is coming out this many times to repair a unit that is freezing up every couple of months I did not notify them this spring because after visits to my home and it still not repaired, I no longer trust them to be honest I have had several opinions now and told by all that the leak has probably been there for a long time and they did not detect itThe leak was found in the indoor air handler coil where Iron Bridge did little or no research to find it Now I am having to pay a large amount of labor again to get the actual leak repaired which Iron Bridge should have done in the first place Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Iron Bridge states that their was a different reason each time they came out. It was the same reason. The unit was freezing up each time. They added freon in each time, and it worked again for a couple more months. They have made trips to my home in attempts to repair my unit. They replaced parts under warranty and made a good deal of money for labor charges, but replacing these parts did not fix the unitI do not believe that it is coincidence that every couple months it is something differentI have spoken with many people now and feel assured that Iron Bridge never repaired the actual leak and that the slow leak has been continuous without repair. Replacing parts and filling it with freon ...of course the freon ran out after a couple months and I was back to the same problem again. Just as I am again this spring. Freezing up. The SAME problem I have had the last visits from Iron Bridge that is still not repairedIt is easy to point the finger at someone else or say someone elses product is not a good product., but the fact remains is after visits, one would think a liscensed company would be able to locate this leak and repair it., instead of replacing warranty parts in the hopes that fixed the problem. I am not a HVAC person, but my common sense tells me there is a red flad when someone is coming out this many times to repair a unit that is freezing up every couple of months. I did not notify them this spring because after visits to my home and it still not repaired, I no longer trust them to be honest. I have had several opinions now and told by all that the leak has probably been there for a long time and they did not detect it. The leak was found in the indoor air handler coil where Iron Bridge did little or no research to find it. Now I am having to pay a large amount of labor again to get the actual leak repaired which Iron Bridge should have done in the first place Regards,*** ***
