Review: Last March My daughter was taken to the hospital. My insurance company was sent the bill, however they first claim that it wasn't covered and I was required to pay. But my insurance plan should have covered it 100% for ambulance whether inside or outside service area. I must have received a call every week from a [redacted] at the Collections Center Industries Inc. Telling me to pay the bill and that they would send to the credit buear. I explain that my insurance company had been called and that they were working on getting this reprossed. They said it could take up to 2 months because it was out of the service area. I told them I would call once I have received the check from the insurance company, which I have just received. They told me because my insurance company was so difficult and took so long getting this processed that it would stay on my credit and they wouldn't remove it even though it wasn't my fault. The CCI [redacted] told me the only way I would get this off my credit was for me to get a laywer. This women would call me every day since October 2012 and harris me even though she knew we were waiting on the insurance company to process the payment.Desired Settlement: I would like them to remove the $545 for the Ambulance charge that was just reimbursed to them.
