This company is amazing ! they truly work hard for their customer to help clean up their credit and protect them from inaccuracies on their credit reportThey have made a world of a difference for me and I recommend them to everyone I speak to about credit issues, and for me that is a lot of customers since I am a finance manager at a used car dealershipI love , love , love this company !

I unfortunately did not have a good experience with them. I had 7 collection accounts , none of them have been removed. What DID happen was the collection agency got my new address from collection 360 because of the disputes and now they are suing me. I regret using them now.

I would love to recommend this business to a friend, family member, neighbor or colleague because I have collection they closed it within monthsThank You So much!

Had them about a year had 7 items removed only to come back under another collection payments even had one come off that came back and Sued me in court now I'm paying 1600 back to this creditor in 3 monthly payments, thanks for nothin

I just signed up with collection shield 360 couple of days ago I was amazed to see they dont charge anyone for their service so I decided to give them a chance to clean my report up I hope for the best

I had 14 collections on my credit report. 2 collections were removed within 8 days. I also received 2 letters from creditors saying that 2 more collection accounts are going to be deleted. They are working on the rest. I am very happy with results. And it is free. You are not losing anything. In most of the cases debt collectors cannot verify the debt and they have to delete it. And lots of credit repair companies charge for removal of collections. My husband was impressed too. He also signed up for their services.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Collectionshield360. They helped me get my credit reports cleaned up for free - they did exactly as promised, and I am grateful for what they did for me.

The service is free but I was able to get things deleted off my credit faster - their process could take up to 2 years and they dont update the website(your account) very often to let you know what is actually happening. it originally says it is a 60 day process but then after the 60 days it could take up to 2 years to get a case resolved and actually get it off your credit. I found I had faster turnaround just disputng the things my self thru the credit bureau, it only takes 30 days that way.

this company started ok, for about a week. I sent several emails trying to correspond with them, I also sent 20 pages via facsimile which costs about $28... to no avail. I have yet to receive ANY response back. I was working with Kimesha. I would not recommend.

They removed one account for me thus the 2 stars I removed 2 others on my own that they weren't able to delete. The last and ONLY collection left on my account has been pending for 11 months when I called at the 5 month mark to ask what was going on the woman who answered was so rude and was not able to adequately explain why it was still pending after 6 months she then changed the start date from April 2017 to October 2017 and after doing so decided to play music very loudly because she no longer wanted to talk to me. EXTREMELY INAPPROPRIATE AND RUDE. regardless of offering a free service CUSTOMER SERVICE is of utmost importance! I called back and spoke with a supervisor who apologized. GREAT. yet the only thing I have left in collections IS STILL PENDING. My honest opinion DO IT YOURSELF it's way quicker. They have s[redacted]y attitudes and take their sweet time.

I'm not a business, I'm a regular person. My credit went up then down then up. Currently up substantially, from 512-600 average, plus they sent me a check for $200 AF er they sued collection agent. No complaints whatsoever. Very helpful.

I would not recommend Collection Shield 360. It's almost impossible to get any representative on the phone to discuss or answer questions regarding my account. I find that this is most unsatisfactory.

I had 3 negative items on my report, only 1 has been removed. However, it wasn't Collection Shield 360 who had it removed, it was me doing my own clean up of my credit report, but they took credit for the removal. The other 2 items still remain on my report, go figure! Thus, I have tried repeatedly to contact them to cancel my premium subscription.

Good luck getting anyone on the phone to either discuss, cancel or ask questions about your account! Never again.

The things they are disputing are now showing on my credit report as kate payments. This has negatively affected my credit score. . DONT USE THEM.

Scam they told my I would have settlement checks coming back and lied I called them multiple times and no call back from milissa been waiting for check since October of last year people please don't waste your time

Ive been using collection 360 for about three months now im so pleased with there services they have removed 10 negative impacts on my credit so far thank God for a company that helps people for free

I signed up with collection shield 360 in December 2015. I had 6 collection in total now I'm down to 2 And They are still working on it. Thank you collection shield.
