They won't refund my gap insurance they lured me into buys I only used it for 12 months on a 75 month loan so they owe me [redacted]I went down to get a new car because mine was broken beyond repair. They added on [redacted] lo jack without asking me if I wanted it. They added more stuff on by trying to convince me I needed it. I ended up getting screwed on the financing. I paid the car off in twelve months with the help of my girlfriend to save me from the massive interest I would have paid. I used the gap insurance they sold me at [redacted] for 12 months our of the 75 month loan. The [redacted] had new tires put on the vehicle. The Michelin tires only had 6,300 miles on them and were almost new. We asked that we see the old tires the day they informed us they had them replaced. When we contacted "[redacted]" (tire dealer) they said they had already got rid of them the same day. We feel because the tires had ultra low miles on them, and the fact that they passed [redacted] should earn us the right to view the tires and make a decision about the condition, before we were informed about the issue, and before they were replaced. The Massachusetts state inspection was preformed from a local independent inspection station, and passed [redacted] no question. Colonial West Chevrolet also, stored the vehicle indoors, for the [redacted], for two months after the purchase at no additional charge. Colonial West Chevrolet reimbursed the cost of batteries for the [redacted] after they informed us they had replaced them. No questions asked, even after we did not have the ability to verify the concern. The items that the [redacted] discovered months after the purchase that were faulty, were paid for in full after the repairs were made at the local RV dealer. Again with no question, and only after we did not have the ability to verify the concerns. We have been more than accommodating to the [redacted], and have helped them along the way with no hesitation, and extremely pleasant considering the derogatory remarks made by the [redacted] about Colonial West Chevrolet, and [redacted]. This has prevented us from reaching out to speak with them any longer. Colonial West Chevrolet has a A+ rating with the Revdex.com and customer satisfaction is #1 importance. With this being said, Colonial West Chevrolet will reimburse the [redacted] an additional $500 towards the tires they purchased.
