I don't understand how these two complaints put Colortration of business. There are many many customers such as me who rely on this product on a daily basis and are suffering the consequences, there is no other or better product than this in the market. Shame to those who submitted these complaints for these invalid reasons I'm sure. I had a situation where I didn't receive the product once and called them and I received great customer service and they put another one in the mail for free and have been a customer for over 6 years and have been very happy with this product. I'm very disappointed with Revdex.com. Before they make these decisions they should ask the satisfied clients which I'm sure there are plenty and not just rely on two complaints.

Review: I placed an order with colortration over a month ago and have yet to receive it. I tried calling the number provided on the web site with no luck its an automated system which provided me with an email address should I need to reach the company. I sent several emails all which have went unanswered. I've used colortration for years now and this is the first time I've had an issue. The company received their payment and I would like to receive my product. Customer service is horrible if someone would have responded to my emails I would have never filed this complaintDesired Settlement: I want the make up I ordered to be delivered,if that is going to be a problem please refund my money

Review: I placed an order with this company and immediately upon arrival I realized 2 of the 3 products were the wrong color. I reached out via email (their telephone is never answered, no voicemail) to the seller and asked for info on advise on how to go about returning/ exchanging and received an email back telling me to try mixing two different colors together. I have since sent multiple emails asking for help with returning and have received no correspondence in return. I have tried calling everyday this week and still no answer or voicemail, just an automated message. This has been going on for 8 days, and I have all emails saved.
