Charge fees like crazy. You pay for fraud protection yet they will not honor it. You pay for late fee even though you pay $16.00 for elite points that is supposed to cover late fee's . Takes several day for payment to process so they can charge late fee. The most crocked company I have ever worked with.
1. VERY UNRELIABLE:
Fleet cards had to be replaced numerous times because they do not work leaving my employees at the pump calling for help on SEVERAL occasions.
2. Magical fees pop up on your account.
3. Receive bill on 10th of month stating payment due the 15th. Pay it on the 10th and it doesn't process until 10 days later... giving a $116 fee for a late payment!
4.Horrible customer service. Not willing to help correct issues that come from their end.
4. Do your due diligence before using Comdata/ Fleetcor cards.

Re: Revdex.com Review
Dear Sir or Madam:
Thank you for the notification regarding the above review. On behalf of Comdata/Fleetcor we appreciate the chance to respond to our customer's concern regarding their account.
We would like to apologize for the numerous issues the account holder had. In reference to the magical fees on the account, this fee is called a Fleetdash fee. The Fleetdash fee is an advanced reporting tool that the customer is automatically signed up for and have a free 90-day trial upon activation of their account. The fee is assessed to cover the cost of maintaining our reporting system and additional features. After the first 90 days, the customer will be charged $50.00 per quarter or $29.97 per month depending on the account set up date. The customer has been opted out from receiving this fee going forward.
The customer received a late fee due to non payment of his December 2nd invoice. Under our terms and conditions, all balances not paid by the due date are considered late. As a courtesy, the customer has been issued a credit for the late fee in question. The customer is on monthly billing net 14 and is set up to receive their statements via paper mail. In order to receive statements in a timely manner, the customer can choose to receive their statements via email.
Best Regards,
Executive Response Team
