I am rejecting this response because:I have photos to prove otherwise.

Company states: The customer claimed there was hair and bugs. We totally stripped the room and did not find any of those things. We also gave 10 percent discount and then she filed complaint.

Review: On Sunday May 31st at around 2 a.m My daughter and I checked into a motel in Modesto California. I was charged $97.01 for the room and $100.00 for deposit. We went into the room and I went straight to sleep. My daughter stayed awake watching tv just lying on top of the bed and a spider crawled on top of her. When she was finally going to sleep at around 3:30 a.m she pulled the blankets off of her bed and underneath the blankets there was a dirty wash cloth, dirty toilet tissue and an old key card. I would assume that the rooms are cleaned daily but if that was the case then all of those things wouldn't be underneath the blankets. Since it was so late my daughter just came to sleep in the bed with me. The next morning we went to complain and the same person that checked us in told us that he was sorry but he couldn't do anything about it. He said that all he could do was give us back our deposit. He also said that he could give us a room for the next time we stayed there at a discounted price. So he gave us a number to calls using the week so that we could speak to the supervisor. Monday morning I made that phone call to try to get a hold of the supervisor. When I called someone answered I didn't get there name but they handed the phone to a woman her name was [redacted] and she said she was in charge of the cleaning. I asked her again to let me speak to the supervisor and she insisted that I tell her why I wanted to speak with him when I went on to tell her my complaint she told me that she has been working there for 20 years and that there are people that make a living off of lying to get money from hotels. I told her multiple times that I had proof and I took pictures and I asked her to please let her supervisor know and that I would be waiting for his phone call. And she hung up on me and I never received a phone call from the supervisor.Desired Settlement: I want for the hotel to pay more attention to what they are making customers pay for because I payed for a room that should have been clean when it wasn't. When I told them I was expecting the supervisor to call me back to apologize for what happened. I now would like a refund for all the trouble this has caused. I as a customer have my rights and what they did was wrong. This is not the first time I have stayed at a hotel but this was the only bad experience I have had. All of the other hotels I have been to have been clean.
