Good Afternoon, This complaint was filed by a guest who checked into our hotel with a very negative attitudeAt this time we were sold out of rooms due to spring break and the housekeeper that cleaned her room the following day reported that there was no issue with the toilet (original complaint) someone had dropped the toilet paper holder into the commode The room was booked for adults Only on [redacted] and she had one other adult and younger adults (between the ages of and 20) and a small child We offered to find her another hotel for the second night - She declinedWe offered here $discount then complained to our Choice Brand customer service (which we have to pay for) and now she wants all of her money back which is not deserved since the accommodations which she stayed are the same as we offer to every other guest (that aren't complaining) She could've let us find her another hotel but chose not tooThere was no way to please her without letting her stay free for both nightsIf need be I can submit photos of the room which she stayed in and her reservation information she gave for reservation through [redacted] Thank you for your time--

someone had dropped the toilet paper holder into the commode.   The room was booked for 2 adults Only on [redacted] and she had one other adult and 3 younger adults (between the ages of 16 and 20) and a small child.  We offered to find her another hotel for the second night - She declined. We offered here $10 discount then complained to our Choice Brand customer service (which we have to pay for) and now she wants all of her money back which is not deserved since the accommodations which she stayed are the same as we offer to every other guest (that aren't complaining) She could've let us find her another hotel but chose not too. There was no way to please her without letting her stay free for both nights. If need be I can submit photos of the room which she stayed in and her reservation information she gave for reservation through [redacted] Thank you for your time. --
