At this point we will not be able to do anything moreWe waived $fee on $reservationThat is more than 15% refund for the issues guest facedAlso, choice reward policies are created by Choice hotels and not by individual hotelsIf choice has decided not to reward guest who books it through 3rd party site such as *** than we cant be responsible for itIf guest just wants free ride than I apologize but I can not approve anything additional here.If guest has an issue with Choice reward system then please contact choice reward helpline but there is nothing we can do here To Revdex.com - We serve more than 25,rooms and at an average of guest per roomIn total we serve 75,people a year and one from last yearsThis is the first time someone has opened a case on Revdex.comAlso, We wont be responding to guest any more as we have replied to her 3-times on different platform where she has given us bad reviewsSo, this reply trail ends here from hotelIf Revdex.com has any further question than I will be more than happy to reply

Dear Guest, I would like to apologize to you regarding the issues you had to face during your stay with usI did little research on your complaint and I found out following itemsEarly check in fee - You checked in at 8:AM on 4-for your stay with uscheck in time is PM and we do
charge $fee for early check inIn your case, we did not charge you any early check in fee(copy of your folio is attached where you will see that you were not charged any early check in fee) Reward points - As you mentioned that you made reservation through *** but the thing you are not aware of is that *** is the one who handles *** hotel booking processAs per the choice rewards policy, any reservation that comes from online travel sites like *** is not eligible for pointsThat is the reason front desk staff never explained you the promotion because you were ineligible for it. (screenshot is attached on where reservation came from) Regarding the rate - Not every hotel has to offer insurance adjuster rateHotel is well with in their rights if they want to offer any special discounted rates or noYou can not hold us responsible because you did not get your desired rateCustomer service - Front desk agent was simply doing her work by notifying you about our policy and fees for early check in and late check outWe do charge $fee for early check in or late check outIn your case we waived $fee as a gesture for the issues you found in your room during your stayAgain, your receipt is attached for you to view that we did not charge you anything extra We waived $fee, let you check in early and check out late, your reservation came from *** and that makes you ineligible for points (choice rewards policy) Reviews - You have already written to choice and also have left star review on comfort suites website without knowing the above factsIt would have been better had you tried to contact one of the manager directly and we could have solved your issues, instead of going online and giving us bad review or writing to Revdex.comThan You *** ***

I am rejecting this response because: Your front desk never explained policy & ** told me too call and register for choice awards to get the late check. I only did what I was told to do. After booking I called the hotel directly and ask all the questions due to booking thru 3rd party. Again, based the info your front desk provided. The room was not clean Customer Services horrible Not courteous. Your email telling what’s was did and not address how My experience was. I did the right thing about your review and I will keep telling people.  Thanks
