We used Custom Turf to design an outdoor area for our dog to use about 1/years agoWe then had them return last Spring to refresh and clean the yard area [redacted] , the Operations Manager, was fantastic to deal with, as were the gentlemen who did both the install and maintenance workThe whole crew is professional, efficient and very competentIt was well worth the investment! I have and will continue to recommend them to others
Customer service was well above average which has not been my experience with other companies in this industry Each time they were contacted by myself or my staff we received a prompt reply addressing all of our questions

The work started off good then the work slowed downAfter this the blame started coming on me for work not being doneHe would choose to work on personal projects at home on days that he was supposed to workHe also kept our truck for a few weeks that way he would have a ride and still didn't show up half of the timethis job was started at the end of October in it is now September and the job still is not finishedHe took on more work and left our job unfinished as he took on more and more workI also had to find out from mutual friends as to why he was saying the job was not done, and now is making me out to be a liar*** was a long time family friend since before I was even born, I hate to see that this has happenedHe is a good worker and does a good job, but I also feel the need to leave a fair review of my personal experience

I hired Custom Turf to install a putting green at my home. I couldn't have been happier with the results and soon after had them install a Bocce court. They did an equally good job with this installation. Both look new 3 years later.I also had them put in a brick walkways and patio with Fireplace the following year. The whole crew was extremely professional and very knowledgeable with the work they performed and very creative helping with the design. I would highly recommend them and will use them for any future work. I also would like to add that they return each spring to clean the turf and have it looking immaculate to start the spring season.
