Review: Our business receives multiple calls daily from someone trying to update our google listing. We opted out to stop receiving these calls everytime we were contacted. Today, I answered the phone from the number 562-387-1004 and it was a computer trying to update my google listing. I pressed 1 to speak with someone because obvisouly when you request to be removed from the call list, it doesn't work (we did it everytime for at least a year). The gentleman came on the phone and I asked him "why we receive these calls so much when we opted out from this?" He replied "there is no way to opt out of the calls." I then asked for a Supervisor or Manager because I knew this wasn't true and his reply was that he didn't have one. I then mentioned I was going to contact the Revdex.com regarding this and he replied with "you won't find me!". I then hung up the phone very disappointed and told him to remove us from the list. This "so called customer service" rep then proceeded to contact our office 22 times in the next 10 minutes to be a smart @$$. He called from the number above and also 619-928-9146. This was VERY unprofessional! This guy should be fired. My main request is that you remove us from your main call list. We have 16 numbers and I would like someone to contact me regarding this issue so we can remove these numbers in a professional manner.

I forgot to tell add to my complaint that the cs rep that contacted my office all those times name is Brian. He called from his personal phone to harass us as well. That is the 2nd number in my complaint 619-928-9146. I blocked my number and called it back and it rang to his voicemail.Desired Settlement: Call me to obtain all 16 numbers to be officially removed. Hopefully fire the unprofessional guy that kept calling us just to be a [redacted]
