This was not reported to the credit bureau but if for some reason that it is on his report he should call us and we will contact the collection agency.
Review: I received a collections letter today from Tristate Adjustment Inc. the file number is: [redacted]. I thought it was a scam so I contacted the office that initiated the collection. I was then referred to their headquarters in Baraboo. I paid the amount questioned.
I NEVER received any notice of outstanding bill. They said they generated 5 and none were received. The billing lady asked to verify my address and they had the wrong address.
She then looked at another screen and said the correct address. This collect letter goes to my credit rating and is inappropriate.
I want any and all reports to my credit rating erased and would like a written apology from the business.
I will not be using them again.
