I live in a town home community and Community Partners is in charge of the Homeowners They suck! They do the bare minimum to get by There is flooding in many backyards, the companies they use are jerks and do hardly anything The people who cut our grass are the worst It always looks like the grass needs to be cut after it is cut They "fixed" my fence when it fell and left dirt in my yard and did not stain it to look like the rest of the fence in my yard The roofing jobs aren't that great and they path over what needs to be fixed, The bushes and trees look awful and are never worked onI am now going to pay $ [redacted] a month for nothing No pool, cheap garbage company that won't take big items and we pay everything else
