Community Paving and Sealcoating

We paid Mr. Greg M[redacted], owner of Community Paving and Sealcoating, $4500 for millings on our lane on April 8, 2014. Shortly after the millings were put down, the lane had loose stones, mud, and grass growing through the millings. In the meantime, the lane has washed out. Upon inspection of the lane, Mr. M[redacted] admitted that his work was inferior and promised to fix the problem on several dates in spring 2015, but he failed to show up or even call. He used substandard materials and never honored his warranty. We are both retired and certainly cannot afford to pay $4500 for such bad work.
