Within the last few weeks we have been working with a new cleaning crew. They have been AMAZING!!! They move things out of the way to dust or wipe down the counters. They move trash cans to vacuum around them. Their attention to detail has been spot on.

We are very happy with Compass Cleaning Solutions. Our Rep - Ulises M always takes the time to come by the office to check to see how everything is going or if we need anything. The Woman who cleans our offices every night is very professional and very dependable. I would recommend Compass Cleaning Solutions to every one. I need to contact our Rep, Ulises or the main office to give thanks or Kudos to our Cleaning Lady to recommend that she gets a raise or bonus more often. She works in an area that has a lot of crime and to put her life on the line every day - we cannot thank her enough. Compass Cleaning Solutions has been working at my facility for 5 months. They come twice a week. There is a crew of 3, Fred, Ida and Alma. They take pride in their work and we are very pleased with the results of their cleaning. They work closely with my on-site custodian and are flexible with the needs in my 5 buildings. I highly recommend CCS. Their pricing structure is reasonable, Their representative, Ulysses, was very involved on site during the first month. I highly recommend Compass Cleaning; they are friendly, respond quickly to requests and the actual cleaning crew makes an effort to communicate with you to make sure they fulfill your requests.

We were loyal customers for 1 1/2 years. In the beginning Compass Cleaning was great. After being told 5 times that we either had to change our cleaning schedule (we are a medical office and have established patient care hours so this was not an option) or we had to get a new crew to clean because the present cleaning crew could no longer accommodate our agreed upon time of 7:00 a.m. Cleaning crews would not show up (even though we still had to pay for services), floors were mopped with dish soap (they are suppose to supply their own cleaning products), toilet paper was not being refilled (which we had an ample supply on hand), garbage was being placed next to, not inside, the outside dumpster (causing issues with the landlords), furniture was not being moved for cleaning (they cleaned around the furniture). I could go on and on. We finally had to stop using their services after repeated complaints to Compass Cleaning.
They did expect a month of payments despite the terminated services and according to the service agreement in order for us to break our contract, we had to prove substandard performance. We more than once notified them of the substandard performance issues.
But we still had to pay or go to collections. We did not want to tarnish our good name and credit therefore we agreed to pay.
Our new cleaning services said the office looked like it had not been cleaned properly in months when in fact it had only been one week since Compass Cleaning and been in the office!

Review: Compass Cleaning Solutions are not following the contract cleaning specifications accordingly,and are violating the contract by taking away one portion of the contract that was agreed and signed by both us.This company sold me a franchise that where taking away whiting two monthswithout noticed and I haven't take my investment back yet, for what I did applied for.I will like to know, how I can get my money back because, I thrust this company and all they did was still my money.Desired Settlement: I will like to get my money refund.Thank you for your assistant with this issue.

I am the receptionist and work for a very well known Construction Company here in Chandler, AZ and we use Compass Cleaning Solutions. We have been using them since April 2015 and I can honestly say our cleaning crew does a GREAT job. They have great communication with me and the crew goes beyond there work tasks. If our company needs extra cleaning ( rug) they are on top of it. We are very HAPPY with the services from CCS and especially our cleaning crew.
