[redacted]  The statement in which Mr. [redacted] is stating is not true.  Mr. [redacted] and I have never signed off on the job because he stated he would take care ofthis situation even if he had to buy me a new window himself.  Why would I have to contact the manufacture when he was notified about this window within 2 weeksof putting it in.  I have been trying to get Mr. [redacted] to replace or repair this window long before this and he has continued to promise me that he would come over to complete this deal.  In fact I tried to contact [redacted] in July of 2015 because we were going back and forth regarding this matter.  [redacted] mailed out a partin which Mr. [redacted] ask me to order. I notified Doug [redacted] that the part was in and  when the part got to me and Doug [redacted] stated that he would just come by to see the part and never did. Then I continued to contact  Mr. [redacted] and he  kept promising me that he would stop by and complete the job and he never did.  Then Mr. [redacted] told me to justput a stick in the window until he came over the following week in which again he never did.  I still have the part in which [redacted] mailed out that Doug ask me torequest.  He just would not complete the job and we still have not signed off on it because it was never completed.  And the other things in which I am having probmswith, what is the excuse he did not come by to complete those things?  The lock on the doors on the porch gets stuck, the fans makes a noise, my racks in the bathroomkeeps coming off.  I paid almost $17,000 for this and trusted him and paid him on time trusting he would complete his work because he promised he would do the workif I allowed him to get monies before job was completed.  Mr. [redacted] even made contact to [redacted] himself asking for the part, so If I was to have been responsible for this situation to call [redacted] in which I should not have had too due to the fact Mr. [redacted] had just installed the windows and it was not even 30 days before I had started complainting should have just came back and he took the window back himself.  He's the contractor not me.  The deal was never signed off on because of this situation and the other complaints that needed to be corrected.
