Review: the owner of this business [redacted] serviced my a/c heating unit and charged me over $500.00 dollars to repair my units defrost system on June ** 2014 and gave me a 6 month garrantee should this problem should occur again. the unit started to freeze again in august so we called him at the number listed on the bill receipt, and I left a voicemail. as each day went on the unit continued to freeze and the problem kept getting worst and I continued to call every day leaving voicemails. now the mailbox is full and no message could be recorded and now the unit is completely out of order and we have no heat.and Im now forced to find another repair company. this should have not happen. this company should be held accountable and I recomend that no one hires him for any service.Desired Settlement: refund my money or pay for the repairs
