Non-compliance of temporary spare tire warranty IAW [redacted] Tires, paragraph 1, 2, 3, During an annual volvo vehicle inspection, volvo inspectors discovered that my "Temporary spare" (TS) was damaged I was told it needed to be replaced and that the price was $300.00.As this tire was the small TS, I was amazed that the price was so high, but I needed a spare tire So I purchased one, I also asked to see the TS and discovered the the thread was separating I had only used the tire once and was shocked to find it in this conditioned I then asked what is the warranty of the TS, I was told anywhere from 30-days I then called [redacted] , explained my problem and was told the same time period I then asked for a copy of their warranty, received it and discovered the following: "If a TS Tire becomes unserviceable from a condition other than those listed is Sect 3, during the first 1/32nd (0.8mm) of tread wear (whichever comes first), it [redacted] be replaced with a comparabl

I found a Genesis Coupe sticker price for $13,they [redacted] not honor they said the correct price is 16,990.It's on their website with that price On Sat Oct I found this Genesis Coupe sticker priced at $13,for [redacted] so I called them on today to confirm that I wanted to purchase the carThe salesperson Lyman said the price was XXXXX so we sent him a picture of the sticker price from their own website he said okWe asked him to send us more pictures of the car that when he came back and said they could not honor the price because their porter put the wrong price on the carI proceed to talk to the sales manager and he told me the same story and that they updated the website and that it take hrs for the updateBut my concern is why didn't they take the picture down and say on the website that this is a miscommunicationSo then I ask how much are you willing to reduce the car and he said he's not because the 16,is an aggressive price

Volvo XCelectrical issues that cause airbags to malfunction and power steering to go out
We purchased a new Volvo XCin August of from Volvo of TampaShortly thereafter an error message kept coming up intermittently about an "SRS Airbag" faultWe brought the vehicle in to be fixed at Volvo of Tampa and they supposedly fixed the issue after several days in the shopThe error message came back so we brought the vehicle in again to Volvo of TampaThis time they kept the vehicle for around weeksNow the "SRS Airbag" error message has come back on along with other error messages to include a parking brake error, pedestrian sensor error, and the power steering appears to stop workingVolvo has all these errors logged in their system and they are logged in the cars "computer." It is worrisome since it appears the airbags intermittently stop working which is obviously a safety concernI don't even feel comfortable bringing the car back to Volvo of Tampa because I don't feel

As I arrived to the dealership MrsA./internet sales manager was aware of the status, in which I was building the desire/vehicle on the web site At first they could not find that information, until I had requested it Second they tried to sell me a vehicle at MSRP pricing not employee pricing There owner had called me on the phone to explain my options, but clearly never once gave me the employee pricing benefit still trying to push the MSRP in which to all is a full sticker price During the conversation "the so called owner" revealed he was a manger

Volvo advertised a promo to test drive for $VISA gift cardI called and was advised to come in and they would honorI fulfilled my obligation
On Thursday, April I test drove the XCwith LaVance CollierI was informed that after I successfully test drove I met the test drive promo for the $VISA gift card
