My personal data was compromised between April 20th and May 22nd of and I wasn't notified until July 16th
Your letter provide no details about how the data was breached, why you felt you needed to keep my personal data, or what specifically was compromisedThen as mentioned above, it took at best weeks to even notify me of the situation!?
Your company's poor security practices could very well ruin my family's attempts to purchase land to build a house we have been dreaming ofSee, we do keep my credit frozen, but it is currently unfrozen in an attempt to secure a loan!
Not that your company cares, but as an IT professional, this response is unacceptable

I am the Administrative Assistant for a business in New Mexico I got a letter in the mail from the ComplyRight Family of Brands- HRdierct/Poster Guard It was an ad to enroll for a labor law poster compliance service It stated "The New Mexico Minimum Wage increased on 9/12/18" I went to the NM Workforce Solutions website where I print off all of our compliance posters, for free I might add, and there had been no increase in the State Minimum Wage Now, that being said, there had been an increase in several municipal minimum wages in January 2018, but these do not effect the whole state Please check your State labor posting requirements before signing up with one of these companies You can usually print any needed labor law postings directly from your State website

ComplyRight will not inform me how they acquired my personal information which was later accessed via security breach from their website
Beyond the complaint that they did not properly safeguard my personal information, I'd simply like to know how they acquired my information in the first place Their note says that my personal information was entered onto their website by, or on behalf of, your employer or payer to prepare tax related forms, ie form and w- My employer and financial advisor verified they do not use ComplyRight I called and talked to ComplyRight and they said they do not know how they acquired my information - as an IT professional I find that highly unlikely and unprofessional

On 7/15/18, I received a letter from a company called ComplyRight indicating that there had been a data breach on 5/22/and that my "personal information that was accessed and/or viewed, and may have been downloaded or otherwise acquired by an unauthorized user included (my) name, address, telephone number, email address, and Social Security numberGiven that I'd never heard of ComplyRight, and in an effort to determine whether this was a scam, I contacted the third-party company that ComplyRight had hired to field customer complaints and asked which of my employers and/or tax preparers had been working with themThe third-party representative did not have that information, and promised to research the question and get back to meShe never did soToday (7/24/18), I contacted ComplyRight directlyI was finally told which of my employers had used ComplyRight's services
In the letter I received from ComplyRight, I was given a long list of steps that I should take to protect my creditThe only action that ComplyRight offered to take (aside from sending a disturbing and uninformative letter that had the appearance of a scam letter) was to provide a year of free ID theft protection through True IdentityTrue Identity ID protection can be obtained, FOR FREE, by anyone, and is one of the most poorly-ranked ID protection services available according to a variety of consumer review websitesWhen I asked the ComplyRight representative, ***, whether it would be possible to get ID protection from a more reputable ID protection company, she became surly and told me that "ComplyRight had done everything it was required to do, and that from now on, I would be responsible for taking any additional steps to protect my identity."
If ComplyRight genuinely wants to handle this data breach in a meaningful and responsible way they should provide ID protection through a more reputable company such as Identity Guard or ID ShieldAnd, ComplyRight should tell its employees to offer complainants as much help as humanly possibleAfter all, given that I am the one who might have to deal with the consequences of a data breach that occurred solely because of ComplyRight's insufficient data security, it would seem that ComplyRight should be doing everything in its power to regain the public's trustSo far, my experience with ComplyRight has been absolutely disgraceful!

During the week of August 15th I received a letter and several posters from Poster Guard The mailing indicated that I was being provided replacement posters related to Fair Labor Standards and Employee Polygraph Protection The letter stated that "We will continue to monitor regulatory changes and send automatic poster replacements, as required"
My complaint is I have never ordered anything from Poster Guard Approximately every six months I receive a solicitation call from their organization in which an individual says something to the effect "we're just confirming we have your correct name and address to mail posters to" I always reiterate that I am not a customer and to cease calling me Therefore I am very angry that Poster Guard has mailed me the referenced posters even though I have not now, or ever been, a customer of theirs I would like the solicitation ceased I will gladly mail them back their posters
Product_Or_Service: None

Please take my name off of your email solicitations
I receive numerous email spam sales messages from JustCMS1500Forms I have attempted to unsubscribe from their list, without success I ordered forms from this company years ago and do not want to receive any more email messages

I have received a letter stating that my information had been compromised via a website used to do and submit my income tax this year I am told by my tax service that this is a scam Is it possible for Revdex.com to investigate this? The letter head is: COMPLY RIGHT, ** Box *** *** OR XXXXX-XXXX
