Review: On December **, 2015, I went into the business and purchase a "Smart Balance Wheel" for $400 CASH. On Tuesday, December **, 2015, the item malfunctioned where as my son only could ride it if he turned it on while standing on it. Due to the fact that this was a safety issue, I contacted the store and I was instructed to bring the item back in. My work hours exceed the hours of the store, therefore, I was unable to bring the item into the store until January **, 2016. At this point, I met with the owner who looked at the item and informed me that he had NO KNOWLEDGE about the product, NO WARRANTY and had to contact the manufacturer to diagnose the issue. Two weeks later after not receiving a call back AT ALL, I reached out to the owner REGGIE again, who informed me, he had yet to get the device diagnosed and would do so the very next day by another third party (other than the manufacturer). He refused to give me store credit, even for a lesser amount in which I would take a loss. I waited ANOTHER TWO WEEKS and called the store on Feb. *, 2016 because I have still yet to receive A CALL regarding the item.Desired Settlement: At this point, I would like to have my money refunded to me. It has been weeks since I have been attempting to negotiate and be patient in awaiting some type of response. The store still has the itm in their possession and have yet to repair or replace it. I believe he purchased this item in bulk from oversees to take advantage of consumers during the holiday season and that is the reason for lack of knowledge and technical support on this item.The fact that the owner nor any of his employees have NO KNOWLEDGE of this item, no recourse on repair nor any type of warranty is absurd and extremely unprofessional.
